CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your service by following the cancel or reschedule appointment option in your email/text confirmation. Any cancellations done within 12 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% fee of the total cost of your scheduled services. No show appointments result in a 75% fee of the total cost of your scheduled service and future booking will not be allowed until you pay the fee for the missed appointment. An appointment is considered a no show appointment if I do not hear from you within the 5 minute late policy timeline. If you no show or cancel within 12 hours of your appointment and have a package, one service of each scheduled service will be deducted from your package. Reschedules: Any appointments missed due to being late or needing to be rescheduled within the 12 hour time frame will be charged a $10 reschedule fee. You will not be charged the cancellation fee if you reschedule, but will be charged $10 to reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment. Multiple Service Bookings: If you are booked for more than one service and decide not to do all of your scheduled services, you must notify me within 12 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not, you will be required to pay 50% of the total on all of the scheduled services that were not completed. Late Policy: If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment you will be at risk for rescheduling so please plan ahead and arrive a few minutes early to avoid being late. 15 minute Brazilian appointments have no grace period. If you are late for a 15 min appointment, it will need to be rescheduled and my policy will apply. Please text me if you know you will be late and I will let you know if we will need to reschedule. Rescheduling due to being late will result in a $10 fee needing to be paid before rescheduling. Cancellation/reschedule fees will be applied on a case by case basis.
