CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment by following the cancel or reschedule appointment option in your email/text confirmation. Cancelling within 24 hours, you will need to text me. Any cancellations or no shows done on the same day of your appointment (12:00am or later) will result in a 50% fee of the total cost of your scheduled services. If you have a package you can choose to deduct the service(s) that you were scheduled for from your package instead of the fee. If you have additional services booked outside of what’s covered in your package you will be required to pay 50% of those scheduled services as well before rebooking. If you fail to communicate and/or pay the required cancellation fees within 24 hours, all future bookings will be cancelled and you will not be allowed to book until you pay the fee for the missed appointment. An appointment is considered a no show appointment if I do not hear from you within my 5 minute grace period. I will never charge your card without permission, if no communication is given and you have a package, I will deduct the service(s) automatically and you will still be able to book. Reschedules: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours on my booking site by following the link in the confirmation and reminder texts and emails. Anything needing to be rescheduled within 24 hours will require you to send me a text. Any appointments missed due to being late or needing to reschedule on the same day of your appointment will not be charged the cancellation 50% fee if you reschedule prior to 2 hours of your appointment. If you reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment, the above policy applies and you will owe 50% of the scheduled services or deduct service(s) from your package. If you constantly same day reschedule, I reserve the right to charge a $10 reschedule fee. I will never charge a card on file without permission, if you fail to pay any of the applicable fees, you will be blocked from booking and all future appointments will be cancelled. Any reschedules will be booked for my soonest opening that fits both our schedules. I cannot guarantee to get you back on my schedule timely. I will do my best though. If you would like to be fit into a day that’s already booked up, you can pay a $10 extended hours fee. Multiple Service Bookings: If you are booked for more than one service and decide not to do all of your scheduled services, you must notify me no later than the day prior to your appointment. If you do not, you will be required to pay 50% of the total on all of the scheduled services that were not completed or have the services deducted from a package if applicable. Late Policy: If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment you will be at risk for rescheduling so please plan ahead and arrive a few minutes early to avoid being late. Please text me if you know you will be late and I will let you know if we will need to reschedule. If you arrive late and have multiple services booked, you may not be able to get all the services. Rescheduling due to being late multiple times will result in a $10 fee needing to be paid before rescheduling. Cancellation/reschedule fees will be applied on a case by case basis. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
